Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping Times
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped and delivered within the estimated time frame:
- Denmark: 4-7 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7-14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping time, please contact us at support@printsofgreatness.com, and we will assist you.
If your package is lost in transit, we will either:
- Send you a replacement order
- Issue you a full refund
Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs, or force majeure events.
Customs & Import Taxes
Orders shipped to Denmark and the EU generally do not have customs fees. However, for other international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are not included in the order price and must be paid by the customer.
Address Changes & Order Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to support@printsofgreatness.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will send you a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible.
